24-hour Emergency Hotline
BluePrint Automation has incorporated a 24 hour hotline that receives
your calls after normal office hours. This hotline is activated
once you place your information in the voice mail box. The system
calls the service-calling tree until it successfully delivers the
message. Once the call is received, you will receive a call back
within 15 min. If additional expertise is needed the call and information
will be transferred to the right person, who will call you back
with the help you need.
Quality Trained Personnel
BluePrint Automation strives to train our personnel to answer and
deliver accurate solutions over the phone as well as in peson. All
service personnel are equipped with computers and tools to fix as
well as start up your equipment. They are also knowledgeable in
assisting with your spare parts needs.
Response Time
BluePrint is committed to responding to our customers in their times
of need. Our commitment to every customer is to have a service person
there with-in 24 hours of your phone call if it
is determined that on-site service is needed.
Spare Parts Group
BluePrit has a staffed spare parts group within the service organization.
This team of people will be able to help you with any parts needs
along with kits that are specially designed for your equipment.
