 CHESTERFIELD COUNTY - A robotic pick and place system can pack stand-up pouches, small sachets, cartons and pillow bags with changeovers of less than 5 minutes. The robotic end effector is capable of three-axis motion and the robot has an improved collation system. Pushers and guides that normally would be integrated through a separate pneumatic device now are incorporated within the robotic end effector.
