The Flex Bag Collator

Stacks and accumulates bags vertically for handpacker, increasing packing productivity. Changeover in under a minute.

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA - October 13, 2000 - BluePrint Automation presents the perfect addition to any flexible bag hand packing operation The Semi-Automatic Collator. The BPA Collator stacks flexible bags into very neat rows operating at speeds of up to 150 bags per minute.

This semi-automatic (pack off) system speeds hand packing productivity, reduces labor, eliminates rotary pack off tables, and reduces product breakage. By stacking the flexible bags into neat rows, the Collator enables hand packers to pick up a full row of bags at one time, increasing the output per man-hour. BluePrintıs Collator is ideal for a large variety of applications and can be fully changed over in less than one minute! Bags ranging in size from 4" 12" wide and 5" 22" high are consistently, accurately accumulated into easy access, "quick pick" rows.

BluePrint Automation is the world leader in designing and manufacturing automated case packing systems for flexible bags. BluePrint Automation is committed to providing custom solutions to clients around the world for packaging automation through innovative and elegant design.
