When products are required to be packed in such a manner that requires the bags to be rotated 90 degrees prior to being packed into the case, BluePrint Automation has the solution. For free flowing, loose product, BluePrint casepackers can be supplied with an Inline Bag Turning module. This module utilizes two parallel, variable speed, belt conveyors to turn the bags 90 degrees. An alternative bag turning module for non-free flowing product, employs a powerful vertical side belt which operates at a slightly slower speed than the horizontal conveyor belt under the product. The variable speed drive, a consistent 90 degree rotation is ensured!
