Loads trays of fresh product into plastic crates

What does it do?

• The crate loading system is specially designed for loading plastic (washable circulation) crates with trays of fresh products (such as meats, salads, fish, cheese, etc.).

How does it work?

• This system incorporates a fully automatic crate de-stacking system for the empty crates and a stacking system for the filled crates. It is very flexible and handles a wide range of tray sizes and loads them into plastic crates. The System is controlled via the full colour touch screen of the Industrial PC (IPC).

How is the changeover?

• Changeover is fully automatic without changing any parts.
