The BluePrint Automation detection system utilizes a series of rope belts that allow the product to pass over the rope belt section. Any free product which escapes the bag, due to a bad back seal or end seal, is detected and a signal is sent to a reject device. This system can be used in conjunction with a number of BluePrint Automation systems (such as bag tippers to ensure the back seal is down or with product conditioning), or integrated into your existing line.
