This simple, integrated design, allows the user to minimize plant floorspace which is so often consumed with remote case erectors.
The case blank magazine is 4'-6" long and holds approximately 200 cases. Full mechanical control is exercised during the entire case erecting process for maximum reliability. One case blank is stripped from the magazine using a tried and true BluePrint Automation process, and opened using a reliable vacuum pull. The case is then mechanically squared prior to the folding of the minor flaps. A pair of mechanical flap closers then folds the major flaps, as the case is moved into the loading position. A case is always preformed and waiting, without the casepacker having to wait on a case being loaded.
