Side load stacker is simple and dependable

What does it do?

• Our Row Stacker allows you to side-load a variety of packaged products in a single vertical row, directly into cases.

How does it work?

• Product is pre-staged then transferred into a holding cassette. The product accumulates in the cassette until a full case load has been reached. The empty case is tipped towards the cassette and product is side pushed into the pre-tipped case.

What can I pack?

• Ideal for pillow bags and gussetted pouches into one row formations, such as 1 x 12, 1 x 6, etc.

How productive is it?

• This system is proven itself in production, at rates up to 120 BPM.
