BluePrint Automation manufactures a product infeed, compression seal checker unit, Model PFI-S. The BluePrint Automation Model PFI-S system measures each bag twice for thickness under constant load. This system requires that the bag have sufficient air so that when compressed, no product is felt in the bag. If this is describes your product, then the Model PFI-S is for you!
The unit includes dual seal checking transducers to check the integrity of the bags, double bag and free product detection, and an air blow-off reject station with collection bin.
This system can be integrated onto an existing conveyor, or into a complete BluePrint Automation designed casepacking system.
