The ideal frozen potato packer, a vertical case packer
for high-speed case packing of flexible bags. Now designed for future
horizontal packing!
|
What does it do?
- Our latest generation
VP/F 2 case packing system allows you to load products standing
up into cases. A new standard in vertical case packing of bags.
How does it work?
- Bags are settled with
out specially designed square roller. Each bag is then positioned
into a side-loading cassette by means of a servo transfer plate
(patent pending). The servo plate comes out from under the in-feed
conveyor and gently carries the bag forward at a very low speed.
Once the bag is on the plate, it retracts at lightening fast speed
after which, the bag positions itself in the cassette. A full
load is side loaded into a 90° tipped case. With an optional
built-in lane dividing unit, it can pack 1 or 2 x X pack pattern.
What can I pack?
- Ideal for bags of frozen
foods such as french fries, tater tots, and other heavier frozen
and fragile products.
How productive is it?
- The VP/F cruises
at 60 (5 or 6 lbs.) bags per minute when packing a 1
x 6 pattern. Higher speeds can be achieved on 2 x X patterns.
How is the changeover?
- Changeover is facilitated
by handwheel adjustments, quick release handles and touch-screen
operator interface. One can preprogram product codes with information
such as bags per case, packing pattern, etc. A change of product
code will take care of ALL "Software Adjustments!"
Why should I buy your VP/F?
- Increased capacity
- Narrow footprint
- Designed for future horizontal packing (model
vhpf)
- Gentle with
product
No fast transfers assures product is evenly distributed throughout
the bag.
- Easy changeover
- YOU WILL ENJOY
