PRIMARY PACKAGING

One of our main activities is primary packaging. We handle naked products directly from the processing area. If necessary, the products can be unscrambled and brought in-line.

Just produced, sterilised, deep frozen out of the freezer or from storage. If necessary we can unscramble and get the products into pitch. The vision system recognises the product and defines the exact position and and orientation and send it to the Delta Robot. The gripper of the Delta Robot picks the product and places it on the right position. This can be a thermoformed tray, carton or a flowwrapper chain.
