What we expect from you
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, this role involves developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid and sustainable growth from the assigned territory. This position is tailor made for a self-motivated seasoned professional and will require aggressive activity, independent initiative and industry relevant skills and knowledge. The candidate will need to have an impressive history of complex capital equipment sales, preferably in the packaging automation industry, within the target market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in high level selling within the packaging automation industry and a proven ability to manage and expand the territory for continued growth. The candidate will also possess an in-depth understanding of primary and secondary packaging applications as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
