Automatic variety pack creation
BPA brings together standard & proven equipment to create either a single flavor or variety pack of bags in either sacks or cases, solving a major labor-intensive application for snack producers. These unique systems are a combination of existing technologies including, small bag bulk storage and feeding, direct loading to bulk filled cases, picking robots to build organized bag patterns to feed either to the sack machine or load directly into the cases, pattern group transfer into sack infeed with simple Gantry 100 pick and place and finally automated sack bagging machine. These solutions reduce labor by as much as 90% and drastically increase the rates at which producers can fill cases and sacks. With unlimited flavor combinations, future recipes can easily be created by line operators!
